Welcome to our newest staff and volunteers

We are excited to welcome new staff and volunteers to the Pillar team!

Sarah and Liana have come to us from YOU's Youth Job Connection program on short-term contracts (you might recognize Sarah from her internship last summer). They will be supporting Pillar and welcoming Innovation Works guests at the front desk. Kiera is our newest volunteer and will be supporting Innovation Works.

Meet Sarah Lehman:

I am a recent graduate of the Not-for-Profit Management program at Western Continuing Studies, and recently completed my Honors Specialization Bachelor’s Degree in Social Justice and Peace Studies and English Language and Literature at King’s University College. I have been passionately volunteering in the London and surrounding community over the past 5 years involving myself in a plethora of organizations including SARI Therapeutic Riding, Heart-Links, Extra Life, the London Abused Women’s Centre and many others. I am so excited to continue my work with the diverse group here at Pillar Non-profit Network and all our new neighbours inside of Innovation Works. As a Special Events and Admin Assistant, I will have the chance to be involved with multiple projects including special events, welcome desk assistance, professional development workshops, social media and other special projects. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching a local high school women’s rugby team, reading, going on new adventures, watching films, working at my other job with Community Living London, and spending time with my two black kitties, Fiona and CeCe. I am excited to continue my work with Pillar to create impact in the London community and work collaboratively on project with all the fantastic co-tenants in Innovation Works!

More information about Liana Langlois and Kiera Dorman coming soon!
