Every time a Board Chair changes and new directors join a Board, the ED gets a new "boss". Investing in the intentional design of the relationship between the ED and Board is key to both success and satisfaction, while, at the same time, it contributes to a nonprofit's sustainability and momentum.

This interactive workshop will provide tools and processes to support relationship design. Learn how to co-create alignment, role clarity, and methods for proactive and healthy communication, and how to articulate your dream for leadership success.
