When you submit a name using the form at www.sisslondon.ca, you will automatically be entered into our draw and, if you elect to be added to Pillar Nonprofit Network's mailing list, will receive periodic e-mails about upcoming events at Pillar Nonprofit Network.
Privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent, or give your name or address to anyone. At any time, you can select the link at the bottom of every email to unsubscribe.
A selection committee will choose the best name after the contest closes.
Eligibility
Contest is open to all London-Middlesex residents. You do not have to be a member of Pillar Nonprofit Network to participate. Employees of Pillar Nonprofit Network are not eligible to be entered into the draw. However they can still submit one or more names.
How to Enter

Provide the requested information of name, e-mail address and name idea.
All entrants will automatically be entered into the draw. Only one ballot will be awarded per individual, regardless of the number of names submitted.
Winners will be required to provide sufficient identification to confirm identity and that they are thereby eligible to win.
All entries become the property of Pillar Nonprofit Network.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be chosen at random.
Prize Draws
One free Pillar Nonprofit Network workshop from the Fall/Winter calendar will be awarded, to a maximum value of $75 CND.
The prize winner’s name will be selected on August 25, 2014.
Winners will be contacted by email only. Pillar Nonprofit Network is not required to contact winners in any other manner. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the monthly winner by e-mail within 10 days of the date of the draw. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within the timeframe, an alternate prize winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entrants.
To claim a prize, the winner must comply with the Official Name Your Shared Space Draw Contest Rules.
Confirmation
By participating in the draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The decision of the sponsor is final and binding in all respects. No cash, credit or other transfer of prizes is permitted.
Miscellaneous
By entering the draw, the winner agrees to allow Pillar Nonprofit Network to use the winner’s name for advertising, as well as other promotional purposes without review or compensation, in any media in perpetuity and worldwide.
The winner further agrees to hold Pillar Nonprofit Network and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless against any claim, loss, liability, injury or damage to the entrant or any other person or entity in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of their acceptance, possession or use of a prize or their participation in the contest draw.
Pillar Nonprofit Network reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be engaged in unsportsmanlike conduct, fraud or any other misconduct relative to this contest. The draw is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. The draw and the Official Rules will be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and shall be adjudicated in the applicable court in London.
Pillar Nonprofit Network reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Monthly Draw – in whole or in part – without notification.
