Position Description

 SMART exercise Volunteers needed:  We will train you to become a certified fitness instructor for our senior (55 yrs and up) and disabled clients in the city of London.  Various times and locations available but want a commitment from you to teach two or more classes a week.  Must attend theory training and 18 hours of practical experience before becoming certified.  First Aid/CPR included.   

All new applicants must have a police and vulnerable sector check done specifically for VON, attend orientation and training, and provide two personal references.  Vehicle preferred, and a fitness background an asset.
