Position Description

Commnity Living Ontario is currently looking for volunteers for Student Links. Student Links is an initiative that connects students between the ages of 14-21, with an intellectual disability, with mentors in the community. The purpose of this initiative is to support students in exploring options for after high school. Students are matched with mentors based on common interests and hobbies.

Your role would include:

  • Presenting information about your field of expertise (this could be work or hobbies)
  • Introducing the student to your hobby or industry
  • Providing an opportunity for hands-on experience
  • Building and maintaining a strong, healthy relationship with the student and your community
