Pillar Community Innovation Awards
- Held annually, the Pillar Community Innovation Awards celebrate the ways in which innovation, leadership and contribution in the nonprofit and charitable sector have made our community better
- Any London and area nonprofit, public or private sector organization or individual can be nominated for work related to the nonprofit sector
- Awards are presented at a ceremony held each November
ChangeTheWorld Program
- Ontario Youth Volunteer Challenge through the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship & Immigration
- Pillar is challenging 500 youth in London to contribute 2000 hours of volunteering during April 18 to May 9, 2010
Innovation & Resilience Forum
- A community conversation and forum exploring innovative ideas in revenue generation and cost savings for nonprofit organizations
- Funded by Ontario Ministry of Citizenship & Immigration
- Supported by United Way of London & Middlesex, the City of London, and the Ontario Trillium Foundation
Professional Development Sustainability Review
- Project to create a sustainability plan for Professional Development Program at Pillar
- Funded by Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities
Board Development Program
- Program to strengthen the diversity, governance, and accountability of current board members and to promote board roles and responsibilities to potential new board members.
The Charities File: On Board Project (CRA)
- In partnership with Canadian Federation of Voluntary Sector Networks (CFVSN), Pillar facilitates workshops in London and Southwestern Ontario to help charities file complete and accurate T3010A forms on time through The Charities File: On Board
