Executive Director Peer Learning Circles
- Brings together a group of executive directors of Pillar's member organizations from the London area to share knowledge
- Through the program design, mentoring and leadership development of participants happens organically with the sharing of experiences

Diversity & Anti-Racism Training
- Project to develop and foster diversification of volunteers on boards of directors in London’s nonprofit sector
- Our goal is to create an environment that will facilitate and enhance participation from London’s multicultural population in decision-making and in leadership positions
Networking with a Purpose Events
- Two to three events annually offer an opportunity for members to network and discuss issues relevant to the nonprofit sector
Foundation Investment Forum
- Annual forum focusing on issues of relevance to foundations in our community

Willy Van Klooster Nonprofit Governance Scholarship
- Developed to honour Willy Van Klooster's exemplary leadership in board governance as the founding and long-serving chair of Pillar Nonprofit Network
- Awarded annually, in the spring, to build excellence in board governance for a member organization of Pillar Nonprofit Network
The Charities File: On Board Project (CRA)
- Workshops in London and Southwestern Ontario to help charities file complete and accurate T3010A forms on-time
- In partnership with Canadian Federation of Voluntary Sector Networks (CFVSN)
- Funded by Canada Revenue Agency
